It is a wonderful and tasty recipe of kababs .crispy from outside soft from inside dark colour from outside lovely green colour from inside easy to make tasty and delicious

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 medium sized or 8 baby potatoes boiled
  2. 1 cup peas paste
  3. 1 cup palak paste
  4. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 green chilies finely chopped
  6. 2 cup bread crumbs
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp red chili powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  11. 6 cashews
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes in a bowl
  2. Add spinach and peas paste to the potatoes and mix well
  3. Add ginger garlic paste , lemon juice,spices, salt and green chilies to the mixture
  4. And bread crumb and mix well
  5. Makes kababs from the mixture and insert a cashew at the centre of each kabab
  6. Deep fry the kababs until golden brown
  7. Serve hot with sauce and mayo
