Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Chopped Onions
  2. 1chopped potatao
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1 pinch heeng
  5. 1tbsp mustard seeds
  6. Half chopped capsicum and carrot
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. WASH & DRAIN 500 GMS POHA, KEEP ASIDE
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL
  3. ADD 2 ONIONS, 1 POTATO
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP CAPSICUM- CARROTS
  5. ADD 1 TOMATO, FRY
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, SALT & SOAKED POHA
  7. MIX & COOK FOR 3-4 MINS
  8. ADD A FEW CURRY LEAVES, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
