Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 carrot chopped
  2. 1/2 cup beans chopped
  3. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  5. 1 tsp oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chili powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Haldi
  9. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  10. 1 tbsp Spring onion, chopped
  11. For second layer
  12. 2 large mashed potato
  13. 1 chopped onion
  14. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  15. 4 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
  16. 1 tsp Oil
  17. 1 tsp Rai
  18. 1 tsp jeera
  19. Hing - pinch
  20. Salt to taste
  21. 1 tsp red chili powder
  22. 1/4 tsp Haldi
  23. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  24. 3 phulkas
  25. 2 tbsp Green chutney
  26. 1 tbsp Sauce/garlic chutney/tomato chutney

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD CARROT, COOK UNTIL TENDER
  2. ADD BEANS AND MIX
  3. ADD CAPSICUM AND CABBAGE, MIX
  4. COOK UNTIL VEGGIES ARE TENDER
  5. NOW ADD SPICES AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD GARAM MASALA AND LEMON JUICE . TRANSFER IT IN A BOWL
  7. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. SPLUTTER RAI AND JEERA
  8. ADD GARLIC SAUTE AND ADD ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  9. ADD POTATO AND MIX WELL
  10. NOW ADD SPICES AND LEMON JUICE
  11. ADD SPRING ONION AND MIX
  12. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX. BOTH LAYERS MIXTURE ARE READY
  13. NOW TAKE ONE PHULKA AND SPREAD GREEN CHUTNEY UPON IT
  14. AND COVER WITH VEGGIES MIX
  15. COVER WITH SECOND PHULKA AND PRESS A LITTLE
  16. THEN SPREAD TOMATO CHUTNEY UPON IT
  17. AND SPREAD WITH POTATO MIXTURE
  18. COVER WITH THIRD PHULKA AND PRESS A LITTLE TO SET THEM
  19. NOW HEAT TAWA AND COOK DOUBLE DECKER ON IT
