Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour 5 cups
  2. Powdered sugar 3 cups
  3. Gond 1/2 cup
  4. semolina 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped almonds 11/2 cup
  6. Chopped pista 1/8 cup
  7. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  8. Saffron 1/2 tsp
  9. Pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  10. Desi ghee 2 1/2 cup
  11. Dry coconut grated 1 cup

Instructions

  1. ADD 5 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR IN 2.5 CUPS MELTED GHEE, SAUTE FOR 25-30 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP SEMOLINA, COOK FOR 3-4 MINS
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP FRIED GOND, SAUTE TILL IT DOUBLES IN VOLUME
  4. COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, ADD 1.5 CUPS CHOPPED ALMONDS
  5. ADD 1 TBSP PEPPER, 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER & 1/4 CUP PISTACHIO POWDER
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP SAFFRON
  7. ADD 1 CUP DESICCATED COCONUT
  8. ADD 3 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
  9. SHAPE INTO LADOOS WITH GREASED PALMS
  10. STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
