Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 11/2 cup
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  4. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric Powder
  6. Saunf 1 teaspoon
  7. Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chopped green chilly 1
  9. Roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon
  10. Curry leaves 10 to 15
  11. Salt to taste
  12. sugar 1 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1.5 CUPS OATS ON SLOW HEAT TILL CRISP
  2. IN 1 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD, CUMIN & ANISEEDS
  3. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLI, 10-15 CURRY LEAVES & 1 TBSP ROASTED PEANUTS
  4. ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP RED CHILLI & 1/2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER
  5. MIX IN THE ROASTED OATS
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE & 1/2 TSP SUGAR, TAKE OFF HEAT, COOL & STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
