Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. oats
  2. onion
  3. tomato
  4. 2 tbsp milk
  5. water as required
  6. curd
  7. Salt
  8. Red pepper powder
  9. Black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. add some oats to the mixer grinder and grind them
  2. U will find fine powder after grinding
  3. Now add broccoli capsicum onion and tomato into small pieces
  4. Now add water milk and curd to make a paste
  5. Also add some salt red pepper powder to it
  6. Now heat a pan and add very small amount of oil or u can use oil spray
  7. Now pour paste on it and cover The paste with a small plate
  8. Cook it for 3 to 4 mins and then flip it to other side
  9. And ur chila is ready to eat
