Powder the oats in grinder.
Add curd,salt,onion and green chilli,gram flour.
Add water and mix all ingredients well.
Make a smooth batter (like rava uttapam)
Now heat a pan.
Add oil add ladleful of batter and spread it evenly in to round shape.
Let chilla cook on a medium flame.
Once it cook on the bottom side spread some oil on the top surface.
Flip the chilla.
Once both side cook well turn of the flame.
Chilla is ready to serve with chutney.
