Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rolled oats -1cup
  2. Onion-1chopped
  3. Tomato seedless-1 chopped
  4. Capsicum-1chopped
  5. Carrot 1grated
  6. Black olives-2tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder-1/4tsp
  9. Back pepper-1/2tsp
  10. Tomato sauce-1tbsp
  11. Coriander leaves-2tbsp chopped
  12. Chaat masala -1/2tsp
  13. Lemon juice -1 tsp
  14. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Firstly grind the oats in mixer grinder to form a powder.
  2. Now take a bowl add oats powder,salt,pepper,chat masala,garam masala,red chilli powder,lemon juice , tomato sauce mix adding little water.
  3. Make a pouring consistency batter and leave for 15min.
  4. After 15min.add more water if required mix and adjust consistency of batter.
  5. Take a plate add all chopped veggies and add salt ,pepper little.
  6. Take a nonstick tawa put some oil,pour one spoon full of batter on tawa and spread it,at the same time pour all veggies and press.
  7. Sprinkle some oil around the utapam and cook both sides
  8. Make all chillas like this. serve hot with chutney or sauce.
