Laddu made with rotis, dry fruits and jaggery.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For roti 1 cup wheat
  2. Ghee required
  3. Salt
  4. For dry fruits mixture Cashews
  5. Walnuts
  6. Almonds
  7. Cucumber seeds
  8. Dried grapes
  9. Fried Gram
  10. Poppy seeds
  11. Jaggery 1/4 cup
  12. Cardamom

Instructions

  1. Dry roast 1/4 cup poppy seeds, keep aside
  2. Boil 1/4 cup jaggery with little water, keep aside
  3. Fry dry fruits of your choice with 1 tablespoon ghee
  4. Add in blender
  5. Add leftover rotis, blend
  6. Add blended nuts , rotis powder, fried channa dal and required jaggery syrup. Mix well
  7. Shape into laddoos and roll in roasted poppy seeds
