Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1/4 cup Semolina
  3. half cup brad crumbs
  4. salt as per taste
  5. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. oil for cooking
  7. frozen mix veggies 1 cup
  8. 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  9. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  10. Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  11. half cup grated cheesde

Instructions

  1. KNEAD 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS & 1/4 CUP SEMOLINA INTO A DOUGH
  2. INTO 2 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES, ADD 1 TSP PEPPER & SALT TO TASTE
  3. BOIL 1 CUP FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES FOR 5 MINS, DRAIN & KEEP ASIDE
  4. IN 2 TSP HOT OIL, ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS & 2 GARLIC CLOVES
  5. ADD THE VEGGIES & COOK FOR 5-7 MINS
  6. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, SALT TO TASTE & 1 TSP RED CHILLI, COOK FOR 2 MINS AND TAKE OFF HEAT
  7. TAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE POTATO DOUGH & LINE GREASED PIE MOULDS
  8. BAKE PIE CRUSTS IN THE OVEN AT 150 DEGREES FOR 10 MINS
  9. FILL IN THE VEGGIES, TOP WITH GRATED CHEESE & BAKE AGAIN UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS
  10. UNMOULD & SERVE
