  2. 1cup shredded coconut
  3. 3/4 cup jaggery
  4. 4 crushed cardmom
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Some chopped cashew

Instructions

  1. 1CUP SOAKED RICE 1CUP SHREDDED COCONUT HALF CUP JAGGERY 4 CRUSHED CARDMOM SOME CHOPPED CASHEW SALT TO TASTE OIL 10 GM
  2. IN A MIXI MAKE A FINE PASTE OF SOAKED RICE ADD SOME WATER MAKE RUNNY CONSISTENCY OF RICE BATTER..ADD SALT AND MIX IT.
  3. NOW HEAT A PAN ADD SHREDDED COCONUT AND SAUTE 3 TO 4 MINS
  4. AFTER 3 TO 4 MIN ADD CRUSHED CARDAMOM & JAGGERY , COOK TILL THE JAGGERY WAS MELT & PROPERLY COATED ON COCONUT
  5. AFTER 4 TO 5 MINS THEN ADD CASHEW AND MIX IT, NOW OUR STUFFING IS READY
  6. NOE HEAT A NONSTICK TAWA/PAN ADD SOMEFEW DROP OIL & SPRINKLE SOME DROP OF WATER NOW OUR PAN IS READY..
  7. DIP YOUR FINGER IN RICE WATERY BATTER & SPRINKLE IN HEATED PAN MAKE A PLUS SHAPE
  8. WHEN IT DONE PLACE SOME COCONUT JAGGEY STUFFING IN THE MIDDEL
  9. NOW FOLD THE BOTH SIDED & COVER THE STUFFING..MAKE LIKE A SMALL POCKET..
  10. PRESS LIGHTLY & TURN COOKED FOR FEW SEC BOTH SIDES OF PITHA...
  11. NOW TAKE A SERVING PLATE PLACE CHHUNCHI PATRA PITHA ... GARNISH WITH SOME CASHEW & SOME COCONUT STUFFING.. NOW READY TO EAT TASTY YUMMY CHHUNCHI PATRA PITHA....
