  1. 2 cup maida
  2. Salt (as required)
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp Baking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  6. 2 tsp oil
  7. 1/4 cup Curd
  8. 2 potato
  9. 100gm paneer
  10. Green chilly
  11. Coriander
  12. 1 cup curd (for raita)
  13. apple 1 tbsp
  14. pomegranate 1 tbsp
  15. Chaat masala to taste
  16. Jeera powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. KULCHA WITH FRUIT RAITA AND CHOLE -EKTA SHARMA
  2. MAKE A DOUGH OF MAIDA BY MIXING CURD, SALT, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER AND SODA AND OIL USING WATER. REST IT FOR 1 HOUR
  3. MAKE A MIXTURE OF MASHED BOILED POTATO, PANEER, GREEN CHILLY, CHAAT MASALA, CORIANDER AND JEERA POWDER.
  4. MAKE A CIRCLE OF THE MIXTURE OF POTATO AND GIVE A ROUND SHAPE TO THE DOUGH
  5. GIVE IT A PROPER SHAPE
  6. PUT THE CIRCLE INTO THE ROUND SHAPED DOUGH AND CLOSE IT AND FLATTEN IT.
  7. FLATTEN IT
  8. PUT IT IN A TAWA AND HEAT IT AND BRUSH IT WITH OIL.

  10. KEEP HEATING IT TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN.

  12. WHISK THE CURD
  13. ADD AND MIX BOILED BOONDI
  14. NOW, ADD APPLE AND MIX
  15. ADD CHAAT MASALA AND JEERA POWDER
  16. ADD POMEGRANATE AND MIX
  17. ADD WATER AND MIX. YOUR FRUIT RAITA IS READY
