Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. For batter ..... 2cup dosa white rice
  2. 1/2 cup urad dal
  3. 5 tspoon methi
  4. For masala... Salt 1 spoon
  5. Onion 2 chopped
  6. coriander leaves chopped
  7. Ginger small pice that also chopped
  8. Green chilly 3_4 chopped
  9. For tempering.... Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  10. Jeera 1/4spoon
  11. Edible oil 2spoon
  12. For sprinkle on appe tava...... 1/2cup oil

Instructions

  1. SOAK ALL THE BATTER ITEMS NEARLY 4 HRS. GRIND NICELY. PUT IN A VESSEL.
  2. NOW ADD SALT AND ALL THE CHOPPED MASALA ITEMS. STIR NICELY .PUT THE MUD APPE TAVA TO HEAT IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  3. SPRINKLE D OIL TO EACH MUD AND LET IT BE HEAT NICELY.
  4. NOW DO THE TEMPER AND ADD TO BATTER. MIX WELL.
  5. NOW POUR THE BATTER BY SPOON TO EACH MOULD.
  6. CLOSE THE LID AND ALLOW THAT TO COOK FOR 3 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.CHECK THE APPE'S ARE LOOSE TO LEAVE D SIDES EASILY WITHOUT SCRAPPING. (THEN TAKE AND PUT ON ANOTHER PLAIN HEATED PAN TO COOK ANOTHER SIDE IN LOW FLAME.IT'S OPTIONAL)
  7. NOW IT IS BROWN COLOUR TAKE AND PUT ON SERVING PLATE
  8. READY TO SERVE MASALA APPA
