  1. Potato big size 2 sliced
  2. Onion 1 medium size sliced
  3. Egg 5 nos
  4. Extra virgin olive oil 5 tablespoon
  5. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. CUT POTATOES INTO SLICES
  2. HEAT EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  3. ADD POTATO SLICES
  4. SPRINKLE SALT
  5. STIR
  6. ADD SLICED ONIONS
  7. STIR OCCASIONALLY
  8. COVER FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL POTATOES COOKED
  9. CRACK EGGS
  10. ADD SALT
  11. WHISK IT
  12. REMOVE COVER
  13. REMOVE FROM OIL
  14. ADD ONIONS AND POTATOES TO EGGS
  15. MIX
  16. POUR THE EGG MIX INTO THE FRYING PAN
  17. LET COOK FOR 6-8 MINUTES
  18. INVERT ON A PLATE
  19. SLIDE BACK INTO THE PAN AND COOK FOR FEW MINUTES MORE
  20. TORTILLA DE PATATAS READY
  21. CUT INTO PIECES
