HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 3 SLICED ONIONS,
SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
ADD 3 TBSP SESAME SEEDS, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS,
COOL A LITTLE, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND TILL
SMOOTH
HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TBSP WHOLE GARAM
MASALA (CINNAMON, CARDAMOMS, CLOVES,
WHITE PEPERCORNS )
ADD 2 TSP CRUSHED GARLIC, SAUTE FOR A FEW
SECONDS
ADD 2 TSP GINGER PASTE, SAUTE
ADD THE READY FRIED ONION-SESAME PASTE,
SAUTE
ADD 150 GMS THICK CURD, MIX
ADD 1 TSP GHEE, 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC
& RED CHILLI POWDERS
ADD 1 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL
ON MEDIUM HEAT
ADD 500 GMS CHICKEN PIECES, STIR IN
ADD SALT TO TASTE, COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR
3-4 MINS
NOW COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 6-8 MINS
ADD 150 GMS MINCED CHICKEN, MIX WELL
COVER & COOK FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS ON LOW-
MEDIUM HEAT
DRY ROAST CINNAMON, CLOVES, GREEN & BLACK
CARDAMOMS, STAR ANISE, NUTMEG, CARAWAY
