Recipe was mine. Inspired by fish bahar, tried with chicken came out delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken bone less - 500gm
  2. Khaskhas ( posto) paste - 1/2 cup
  3. Mustard paste - 1/4 cup
  4. Curd - 1/2 cup
  5. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric pwd - 1 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Onion paste - 1/2 cup
  9. Brown onion - 1/4 cup
  10. Sugar - 1 tsp
  11. Salt
  12. Mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add onion fry for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook.
  2. Add and mix well chicken pieces , cook it till soft.
  3. Add curd, chilly powder, turmeric powder,salt and khaskhas paste. Continue to cook for another 2mins and add mustard paste ,sugar and very little water.
  4. Waiting for boiling and add 1 tbsp mustard oil , Remove from the gas .
  5. Sprinkle brown onion, chilly and serve.
