  1. Minced chicken 250 gms
  2. Hershey strawberry syrup 1/8 cup
  3. Hershey chocolate syrup 1/8 cup
  4. Onion 2 tbsp
  5. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Chicken masala 1 tsp
  7. Green Chillies 1
  8. Basmati rice 1/2 cup
  9. Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  10. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  11. Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  12. Spring onion green 2 tbsp
  13. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2-3 TABLESPOON OF HERSHEY'S STRAWBERRY SYRUP IN A BOWL
  2. AND HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP ALSO
  3. DILUTE 1 TSP WATER IN STRAWBERRY SYRUP AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP.
  4. AND HALF CUP WATER IN THIRD BOWL
  5. SOAK RICE IN DILUTED SYRUP FOR 2 HOURS
  6. IN A DISH ADD 250 GM MINCED CHICKEN
  7. 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER
  8. 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION
  9. 1 GREEN CHILLI
  10. 1 TBSP FRESH MINT LEAVES
  11. 1 TSP SALT
  12. 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  13. 1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  14. 1 TSP CHICKEN MASALA
  15. 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  16. 2 TBSP SPRING ONION GREEN
  17. MIX EVENLY
  18. MAKE LEMON SIZE BALLS FROM CHICKEN MIXTURE
  19. DRAIN SYRUP FROM RICE
  20. ROLL THE BALLS IN SOAKED RICE TILL RICE COVERS THE BALLS EVENLY.
  21. GREASE THE STEAMER
  22. TRANSFER THE CHICKEN BALLS IN STEAMER
  23. STEAM THEM FOR 30 MINS
  24. WHEN RICE COOKED TO SOFT, REMOVE FROM FLAME
  25. SERVE HOT
