Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Hummus, 1 cup boiled chickpea
  2. 2 chopped garlic
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1 tsp olive oil
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 2 tbsp reserved boiled chickpea water
  9. For 4 Salmon and Quinua Cake, 250 gram Salmon (boneless)
  10. 1/4 cup boiled Quinua
  11. 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
  12. 1/2 tsp turneric powder
  13. 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  14. 3 chopped garlic
  15. 1 tsp lemon juice
  16. 1 tsp mustard oil
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  18. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1/4 cup fine chopped onion
  20. 1 tbsp fine chopped corriender
  21. For Coating, 1/2 cup rolled oats
  22. 2 tbsp oil for fry the cakes
  23. Extra for Hummus serving, 1 tbsp olive oil
  24. 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes for sprinkle over the top
  25. Some chopped corriender for sprinkle over the top
  26. Some onion, tomato and lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. FOR HUMMUS SAUCE, TAKE 1 CUP BOILED CHICKPEAS IN A GRINDING JAR
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED GARLIC
  3. 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  4. 1 TBSP ROASTED SESAME SEEDS
  5. 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  6. 1 TSP OLIVE OIL
  7. 1/2 TSP SALT
  8. 2 TBSP BOILED CHICKPEAS RESEVED WATER
  9. NOW CLOSE LID AND TO MAKE FINE SMOOTH PASTE OF IT
  10. WGEN DONE TRANSFER IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE FOR NEXT STEP
  11. FOR 4 SALMON AND QUINOA CAKE, TAKE 250 GRAM SALMON BONELESS PIECES
  12. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT OR ACCORDING TO TASTE
  13. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  14. 1 TBSP MUSTARD SAUCE
  15. 3 CHOPPED GARLIC
  16. 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  17. 1 TSP MUSTARD OIL
  18. 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  19. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  20. 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  21. CLOSE IT AND COARSALY GRIND THIS
  22. WHEN DONE TRANSFER IN A BOWL
  23. NOW ADD 1/4 CUP FINE CHOPPED ONION
  24. 1 TBSP FINE CHOPPED CORRIENDER
  25. TAKE 1/4 CUP BOILED QUINUA IN A BOWL AND TRANSFER THE GRIND FISH MIXTURE IN QUINUA BOWL
  26. NOW MIX ALL NICELY
  27. AND MAKE EQUAL SIZE PATTIES OF THIS
  28. TAKE 1/2 CUP ROLLED OATS IN AND CRUSHED THIS AND AND ROLL THE PATTIES IN THIS FROM ALL SIDES
  29. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A PAN AND ADD ROLLED OATS TIKKI FOR FRY IN THIS OIL
  30. COOK NICELY FROM ALL SIDES
  31. WHEN DONE LEFT IT OUT
  32. NOW MAKE AND FRY ALL PATTIES LIKE THIS
  33. WHEN DONE LEFT OUT
  34. FOR SERVING WITH HUMMUS, ARRANGE A SPOONFUL HUMMUS MIXTURE IN A SERVING PLATE, POUR 1 TSP OLIVE OIL
  35. SPRINKLE SOME CHILLI FLAKES AND SOME FRESH CORRIENDER OVER THE TOP
  36. REMOVE THE MOULD CAREFULLY
  37. ARRANGE THE PATTIES WITH SOME TOMATO AND ONION SLICE AND WITH LEMON WEDGES
