  1. Mutton liver 400 gm
  2. Red chilli powder 1 tbs
  3. Cumin powder 1/2 tbs
  4. Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  5. White sesame 1 tbs
  6. Yugart 1 tbs
  7. Onion 1
  8. Garlic 2 cloves
  9. Ginger 1/2 inch
  10. Black pepper 1/3 tsp
  11. Salt as needed
  12. Lemon juice 1/2 tbs
  13. Onion diced 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. BOIL MUTTON LIVER WITH TARMARIC POWDER &SALT
  2. ON A BOWL TRANSFER BOILED LIVER(400GM),RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBS, CUMIN POWDER 1/2 TBS, WHOLE SPICE POWDER 1 TSP.
  3. ADD WHITE SESAME 1TBS, YUGART 1 TBS,PASTE OF (1 ONION+GARLIC 2 CLOVES+GINGER 1/2 INCH), BLACK PEPPER 1/3 TSP
  4. ADD SALT 1/2 TSP, LEMON JUICE 1/2 TBS,MIX WELL& REST FOR 20 MINUTES.
  5. INSERT SKEWER THROUGH THE MARINATED LIVER.ADD DICED ONION.
  6. LIVER KABEBS ARE READY TO FRY.
  7. ADD 1.5 TBS OIL ON A PAN.
  8. SHALLOW FRY THE LIVER SKEWERS ON LOW RESERVE THE MARRNADE.
  9. FLIP THEM.FRY EVENLY FROM ALL SIDES.
  10. ONCE KABEBS ARE ALMOST DONE ADD RESERVE MARINADE.
  11. INCREASE THE FLAME & COOK UNTILL IT FULLY DONE.
  12. TURN OFF HEAT.
  13. GARNISH WITH FRESH SALADS.
  14. ADD THE REMAINING SPICES.
  15. ENJOY THE SUPER YUMMY MUTTON LIVER KABEBS WITH NAN,ROTI OR PLAIN RICE.
