Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole fish 500 gm
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Lamon juice 1 tbs
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tbs
  5. Tarmaric Powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Cumin+ coriander powder 1/2 tb
  7. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  8. Yugart 1 tsp
  9. Onion 1small
  10. Garlic 1 cloves
  11. Green chilli 1 or 2 pcs
  12. Oil 1.5 tbs
  13. Tomato sauce 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 500 GMS BONELESS FISH, ADD 1 TSP SALT & 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, RUB WELL
  2. ADD 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, 1/2 TBSP CORIANDER-CUMIN POWDERS
  3. ADD 1/2 TBSP SOYA SAUCE, 1 TSP CURD & PASTE MADE OF 1 ONION + 1 GARLIC CLOVE + 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE, RUB WELL & SET ASIDE FOR 25 MINS
  5. HEAT 1.5 TBSP OIL, SHALLOW FRY THE MARINATED FISH
  6. FLIP & FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES
  7. THE FISH KEBABS ARE DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. SERVE HOT WITH RICE OR ROTI
