Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the white sauce
  2. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  3. Butter 3 tbsp
  4. Chicken stock 1/2 cup use more depending on the sauce consistency
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. FOR TANDOORI CHICKEN
  7. Boneless chicken leg pcs 2 thinly sliced
  8. Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  9. Tikka masala 1 tbsp
  10. Thick curd 2 tbsp
  11. onion 1 small sliced
  12. All 3 bell peppers 1 each sliced
  13. OTHER INGRIDENTS
  14. Eggs 2
  15. Fine Sevai 1/2 cup
  16. Salt and pepper to taste
  17. Chillie pwdr 1/2 tsp
  18. Noodles boiled 1/4 cup
  19. Cheese 2 cubes grated

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with the masala mentioned and set aside for 30 mins
  2. FOR WHITE SAUCE
  3. Take butter in a kadai and fry the flour.Add saltn and pepper.Add milk.
  4. Add the chicken stock and whisk well so no lumps are formed
  5. The sauce will now thicken and start to release from the pan.
  6. Make sure to make a thick sauce so add stock accordingly
  7. FOR THE CHICKEN
  8. Take a pan an add oil and fry the marinated chicken. Cook till almost done
  9. MIX
  10. Take the white sauce,the chicken mix,noodles and the cheese and mix them.all
  11. Take the chicken mix and make round balls.Flatten them like disc
  12. Dip the kabab in the egg
  13. Dip it in the sevaiyya
  14. Shallow fry them on medium flame till golden brown on both sides
  15. Serve hot with lemon
