Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Shrimp 1 cup
  2. Sugar cane 4" long/6or 8 stick
  3. Black sesame 1 tbs
  4. White sesame 3 tbs
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Rice flour 1 tbs
  7. Corn starch 1/2 tbs
  8. Egg white 1
  9. Oil as needed
  10. Salt as to taste
  11. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  12. Lamon juice 1/2 tap
  13. Ginger sauce 1 tsp
  14. For chilli-garlic sauce:
  15. Garlic cloves 5/6
  16. Red chilli 5/6
  17. Fish sauce 3 tbs
  18. Soya sauce 3 tbs
  19. Suger 1 tsp
  20. Lamon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP SHRIMP, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF SUGAR & LEMON JUICE, 1 TSP EACH OF GINGER SAUCE & SOYA SAUCE
  2. ADD 3 TBSP WHITE SESAME, SALT, 1 TBSP EACH OF RICE FLOUR & BLACK SESAME SEEDS, 1/2 TSP CORNFLOUR
  3. ADD 2 TBSP EGG WHITE, MIX WELL, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND
  4. THE BLENDED SHRIMP PASTE WILL LOOK LIKE THIS
  5. REMOVE THE HARD SKIN OF 2 SUGARCANE STICKS
  6. CUT INTO 7-8, 4 INCH LONG STICKS
  7. FIX THE READY SHRIMP PASTE AROUND THE STICKS WITH OIL GREASED PALMS
  8. CHAO-TOMS ARE READY TO FRY
  9. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL ON A NONSTICK PAN, FRY THE CHAO-TOMS
  10. FLIP & FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL DONE
  11. THE CHAO-TOMS ARE READY, TAKE OFF HEAT & SET ASIDE
  12. TAKE 3 TBSP EACH OF SOYA & FISH SAUCE, ADD 5-6 RED CHILLIES, 5-6 SHREDDED GARLIC CLOVES, 1 TSP SUGAR
  13. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND TO MAKE THE SAUCE
  14. SERVE THE CHAO-TOMS WITH THE READY SAUCE
  15. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
