Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. fish 400 gram/4 pcs
  2. red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
  3. coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt as needed
  5. Cream 1 tbs
  6. Oil 1/2 tbs
  7. Onion paste 1&1/2 tbs
  8. Garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
  9. Soya sauce 1 tbs
  10. Coriander leaves 2 tbs
  11. Onion pieces 4/5
  12. Green chilli 5/6

Instructions

  1. TAKE 4 FISH FILLETS, ADD 1.5 TBSP ONION PASTE, 1 TSP GARLIC-GINGER PASTE, 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  2. ADD 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TBSP FRESH CREAM
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, 1/2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL, 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  5. MIX WELL, COVER & SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
  6. INSERT SKEWERS THROUGH THE FISH FILLETS, ADD DICED ONION & GREEN CHILLIES, RESERVE THE MARINADE
  7. FISH KEBABS ARE READY TO FRY
  8. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL
  9. FLIP & FRY FROM BOTH SIDES
  10. ADD THE RESERVED MARINADE, FRY TILL DONE
  11. THE FISH KEBABS ARE DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  12. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY, TRY THEM, THEY'RE YUM
