In a kadai add items for making Gravy ,put Boneless Chickens & Cook.Keep aside Gravy in a bowl & Chicken pcs .Now take Egg mix ina bowl dip that Chicken pcs in Oil & Fry it .If left over egg mix is there just add onions to ut & Make Omelette's. So now Crispy Chicken Fry ,Spl Tomato Gravy & Spicy Omelette's are Ready . Enjoy Triple Damakka.

  1. Boneless chicken-1/4kg
  2. For Making Gravy :--

  4. Ginger-Garlic Paste 1-2 tsp
  5. Tomato-2puree
  6. Chilli powder-1-2tsp
  7. Salt -To Taste
  8. Water-needed
  9. Egg Mix:-
  10. Eggs-2
  11. Kadalai Maavu-1tsp
  12. Chilli Powder-1-2tsp
  13. Salt-To Taste
  14. Oil-To Fry

Instructions

  1. IN A KADAI ADD SOMBU1/4TSP,G-G PASTE & FRY IT NICELY
  2. ADD BONLESS CHICKEN PCS1/4KG ,TOMATO (2) PUREE, CHILLI POWDER-1-2TSP & SALT .WATER NEEDED FOR GRAVY.
  3. COOK IT CLOSING THE LID.
  4. KEEP ASIDE SPL TOMATO GRAVY INA BOWL .KEEP CHICKEN PCS IN A STRAIN PLATE .THEN
  5. MAKE EGG MIX (EGGS-2,KADALAI MAAVU-1TSP, CHILLI POWDER-1-2TSP,SALT)WHIP IT IN MIXIE .NOW DIP CKN PCS
  6. PUT IN OIL WITH SPOONS IN ORDER TO GET FLUFFY CHICKEN PIECES.FRY IT.
  7. NOW BONELESS CHICKEN,SPL TOMATO GRAVY (EXTRA SPICY OMELETTES ) READY.TRIPLE DAMAKKA :ok_hand::ok_hand::ok_hand:
