ABOUT Egg Omlet in tomato gravy RECIPE

Eggs prepared in onion,tomato gravy.Sweet and sour taste goes well with rice or paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3-4 eggs
  2. 1 medium size chopped onions
  3. 1 medium size chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 cinnamon stick
  5. 1 -2 cardamon pods
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 2 tsp chopped coriander
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  11. 1 green chilli

Instructions

  1. Take 3-4 eggs,add chopped onions,salt,coriander chopped and make omlet.
  2. In a flat pan,take oil and add 1/2 cup chopped onions,fry it till golden brown.salt,add 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes.Fry it.Add cumin powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder,ginger paste and fry it on low flame.Add 1/2 cup water,cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the omlets and cook for 2-3 minutes,till it becomes thick gravy.
  4. In a different pan,take little oil,add cinnamon stick ,cardamom and wait till it is tampered.
  5. Add it to the omlet curry.Sprinkle coriander chopped,Put green chilli .serve it with rice or Paratha.
