  1. fish 400 gram/4 pcs
  2. red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
  3. coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt as needed
  5. Cream 1 tbs
  6. Oil 1/2 tbs
  7. Onion paste 1&1/2 tbs
  8. Garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
  9. Soya sauce 1 tbs
  10. Coriander leaves 2 tbs
  11. Onion pieces 4/5
  12. Green chilli 5/6

Instructions

  1. TAKE 4FISH PICES& ADD1&1/2 TBS ONION PASTE,1 TSP GARLIC- GINGER PASTE,1 TBS SOYA SAUCE
  2. ADD 1/2 TBS RED CHILLI POWDER,1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER,
  3. ADD SALT AS TO TASTE, CREAM 1 TBS
  4. ADD SHREDDED GREEN CORIANDER 1/4 CUP, MASTARD OIL 1/2 TBS, LAMON JUICE 1 TSP
  5. MIX WELL &KEEP ASIDE IN COVERED FOR MARINATION.
  6. MARINATE IT FOR 30 MINUTES
  7. INSERT THE MARINATED FISH PICES IN SKEWERS WITH DICED ONION& GREEN CHILLI
  8. FISH KABEBS ARE READY TO FRY
  9. ADD A LITTLE OIL ON PRE HEATED PAN
  10. FRY THE FISH KABEBS
  11. WHEN 1 SIDE IS DONE, FLIP THEM
  12. ADD THE REST OF BRINE
  13. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES MORE
  14. WHEN FISH KEBABS ARE FULLY DONE TAKE OFF THEM
  15. GARNISH WITH SALAD DECOR
  16. NOW ENJOY...
