Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish fillets 2(Bhetli/ Basha/catfish/ Tilapia)
  2. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  3. Mashala paste 4 table spoon made of 1/2" ginger+ 1 small size onion +6 pods of garlic +2 Green cilli + 2 table spoon chopped coriander
  4. 1 beaten egg
  5. Bread crumbs about 1 cup
  6. Salt as required
  7. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. TAKE FISH FILLETS RUB SALT
  2. LEMON JUICE AND MARINATE IT FOR ATLEAST 15 MINUTES
  3. MAKE A PASTE OF GINGER GARLIC ONION GREEN CILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVE
  4. ADD THE MASHALA PASTE TO FISH FILLETS
  5. RUB FISHES WITH IT AND LEAVE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES
  6. AFTER 30 MINUTES
  7. DEEP IT IN TO BEATEN EGG
  8. ROLL ON BREADCRUMBS
  9. DEEP AGAIN INTO EGGWASH
  10. ROLL ON BREADCRUMBS AGAIN
  11. NOW KEEP IT IN FREEZER FOR 10 MINUTES
  12. AFTER 10 MINUTES HEAT OIL
  13. DEEP FRY THE DOUBLE COATED FISH FILLETS
  14. FRY BOTH SIDES ON LOW MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR
  15. THEN REMOVE FROM OIL
  16. KEEP ON A KITCHEN TISSUE
