ABOUT Cheese Parantha RECIPE

This paratha gas evolved in our gouse.Initially i use to use the process cheese but i realised it taste better with cream cheese.I prefer the Kiri brand

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kiri cheese 1 for each paratha
  2. Onions 2
  3. Kotmir handful
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Dhania and zeera pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. Green chillies finely chopped

Instructions

  1. ADD 2 ROUGHLY CHOPPED ONIONS, A HANDFUL OF FRESH CORIANDER INTO A CHOPPER
  2. ADD 1 TSP SALT, 1 TBSP EACH OF CUMIN & CORIANDER POWDERS, BLEND IT WELL
  3. THE MASALA MIX IS READY
  4. ROLL OUT A ROTI FROM WHOLE-WHEAT DOUGH, SPREAD THE MASALA MIX ON TOP
  5. SPREAD SOME CREAM CHEESE ON TOP
  6. SPRINKLE SOME FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  7. PLACE ANOTHER ROLLED OUT ROTI ON TOP
  8. PLACE THE PARANTHA ON A HOT TAVA
  9. APPLY 1 TSP GHEE, FLIP & GRILL TILL GOLDEN BROWN FROM BOTH SIDES, SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
