Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl Leftover pulses
  2. 2 bowl wheat flour
  3. SaLt as per test
  4. 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. Cheese sheet
  7. Oil for fry paramtha

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take wheat flour add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  2. Kneed it by leftover dal
  3. Now make a ball from dough and roll it by rolling pin
  4. Make 2 chapaties of same size
  5. Cut it in square shape
  6. Put cheese sheet in to two chapaties
  7. Seal eadge of parantha
  8. Put it on hot pan for cook
  9. Shallow fry it with little oil
  10. Now ready.. cut it on 4 pieces and enjoy
