Instructions

  1. CHOP CARROT LENGTHWISE
  2. CHOP BEANS OF EQUAL SIZE
  3. CHOP POTATOES LENGTHWISE
  4. CHOP RAW BANANA LENGTHWISE
  5. CHOP DRUMSTICKS
  6. CHOP CAPSICUM LENGTHWISE
  7. ADD VEGGIES
  8. ADD VEGGIES
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD REQUIRED ROCKSALT
  11. ADD 1.5 CUP WATER TO COOK
  12. CLOSE WITH A LID AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  13. OUR VEGGIES ARE COOKED PROPERLY. TURN OFF FLAME
  14. ADD 1/2 SHELL COCONUT TO BLENDER
  15. ADD 3-4 GREEN CHILLIES
  16. ADD 1 TSP JEERA
  17. BLEND TO SMOOTH PASTE THEN ADD 1 CUP THICK CURD
  18. BLEND TO SMOOTH PASTE
  19. ADD BLENDED MIXTURE TO COOKED VEGGIES
  20. AVIYAL READY
  21. ADD COCONUT OIL OR TADKA MADE WITH COCONUT OIL
