  1. Idli rice - 1 cup
  2. Jowar-1/2 cup
  3. Ragi-1/2cup
  4. Pearl millet-1/2 cup
  5. Salt
  6. Black whole urad dal-1/2cup
  7. Fenugreek-1/2 spoon
  8. Oi

Instructions

  1. 1 CUP IDLI RICE
  2. HALF CUP JOWAR
  3. HALF CUP RAGI
  4. HALF CUP PEARL MILLET
  5. HALF CUP WHOLE BLACK URAD DAL
  6. HALF SPOON FENUGREEK
  7. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND GRIND IT LIKE DOSA BATTER
  8. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND LET IT FOR 8 HOURS(FERMENTATION)
  9. IN DOSA PAN, POUR IT LIKE A DOSA
  10. USE GINGELY OIL FOR ADDITIONAL TASTE
