Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal : 1/2 cup
  2. Barnyard millet : ½ cup
  3. little millet : ½ cup
  4. kodo millet : ½ cup
  5. Moong dal  : 1/2 cup
  6. Channa dal  : 1/2 cup
  7. Garlic  : 5-6
  8. Ginger   : 2 inch   
  9. Cumin seeds :1 tsp
  10. Red chilli    : 4 - 5
  11. Grated coconut  : 5 tsp
  12. Chopped onion : 1
  13. Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  14. Salt
  15. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice and dals Cumin seeds , Red chillies for 2 hours
  2. Grind ingredients  (urad dal, Barnyard millet,kodo millet, little millet, moong dal, channa dal, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, red chillies) to a slightly coarse batter.
  3. Add salt, pepper, grated coconut, chopped onion and curry leaves to the batter.Now the batter is ready.
  4. Heat dosa pan, pour batter in the pan and spread it evenly in a circle shape.
  5. Cook until it is golden brown on each side.
