  10. 2 red chillies
  11. 2 Mormozhakai
  12. 2 Green chillies
  13. Curry leaves
  14. Hing

Instructions

  1. ADD 1.5 CUP RICE RAVA
  2. DRY ROAST TILL YOU GET GOOD AROMA
  3. SET ASIDE
  4. HEAT OIL. ADD MUSTARD. ALLOW TO CRACK.
  5. ADD 1 TBSP MOONG DAL
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CHANNA DAL
  7. ADD 1 TBSP JEERA
  8. ADD 2 MORMOZHAKAI AND 2 RED CHILLIES
  9. ADD PINCH OF HING
  10. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  11. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP GRATED COCONUT. SAUTE
  13. ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER
  14. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  15. ADD ROASTED RAVA AND MIX
  16. IT SOLIDIFIES
  17. UPMA READY. COOL THE MIXTURE
  18. SHAPE DUMPLINGS
  19. DUMPLINGS READY TO COOK. PREHEAT STEAMER
  20. STEAM COOK DUMPLINGS
  21. COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  22. UPMA KOZHUKATTAI READY TO SERVE
