Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coconut oil 1 tsp
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  3. Garlic cloves 10-12
  4. Water 2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Ripen mangoes 1 cup
  8. Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  9. Jaggery 2 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, LET CRACKLE MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. FRY GARLIC CLOVES
  3. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  4. SALT TO TASTE, RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD PEELED AND CHOPPED RIPEN MANGOES
  6. TURMERIC POWDER, JAGGERY, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. OPEN THE LID, GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE WITH HOT RICE
