Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato large : 1
  2. Salt
  3. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  4. Crushed garlic : 5
  5. Crushed pepper : 1/2 tsp
  6. Crushed cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  7. Tamarind : small size
  8. Rasam powder or coriander powder : 1 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Oil
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, crushed pepper, garlic, cumin and saute for 1/2 min
  2. Add chopped tomato and saute for 2 min
  3. When tomatoes are mashed well add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tamarind water and cook for 1 min
  4. Add required water and cook for 1 more min. Add coriander leaves
