Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  2. Moong dal - 1/4 cup
  3. Urad dal - 1/4 cup
  4. Pumpkin [diced] - 1/4 cup
  5. Mustard oil - 1 tablespoons
  6. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Whole red chilli - 2 no
  9. Panchforon - 1 teaspoon
  10. Porwal diece - 1/4 cup
  11. Brinjal diece - 1/4 cup
  12. Potato chopped - 1 no
  13. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  14. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  15. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  17. Chana dal - 1/4 cup
  18. Onion chopped - 1 no
  19. Ginger garlic crushed - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. MIXED ALL DAL IN A BOWL
  2. WASH AND ADD 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER ,PINCH OF SALT ,1 TEASPOON OIL AND WATER TO PRESSURE COOK
  3. HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OF MUSTARD OIL 1 TEASPOON PANCHFORON AND 2 WHOLE RED CHILLI
  4. ADD 2 BAY LEAF AND 1 CUP OF CHOPPED ONION
  5. FRY IT AND ADD 1 TOMATO CHOPPED AND 1 TEASPOON GINGAR GARLIC CRUSHED
  6. FRY WELL ADD CHOPPED POTATOES
  7. NOW ADD THE CHOPPED VEGGIES
  8. ADD 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON SUGAR
  9. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT
  10. FRY IT
  11. NOW ADD THE VEGGIES MASALA IN THE COOKED DAL
  12. MIX WELL AND PRESSURE COOK FOR 1 WHISTLES
