I just love to have dal wada with green chutney.
Wash and soak all dals and rice and soak in sufficient water atleast for 1/2 an hour
Later remove excess water and coarsely (dardaraa) grind dals and rice mixture . ( It should not be smooth paste)
In a mixing bowl, take ground mixture and ,Add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, red chilly powder, Turmeric powder , coriander Powder , salt to taste , jeera and saunf
Mix well
Prepare wadas out of ready mixture
Heat oil and carefully drop ready wadas in it . Deep fry on high heat and keep turning in between
Deep fry till golden brown and crisp from both sides
Serve hot with Tomato sauce or Green chutney. Enjoy hot and tempting mixed dal wadas with family and friends
