Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Small or long brinjals 250 grams
  2. Vertically chopped onion 1
  3. vertically Chopped potato 1
  4. ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. roasted peanuts powder 1 tablespoon
  6. oil 1 tablespoon
  7. mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Cumin / Jeera seeds one teaspoon
  9. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  10. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  11. coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  12. Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
  13. amchoor powder little
  14. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE BRINJALS AND CUT SO THAT MASALA CAN BE STUFFED,1 VERTICALLYCHOPPEDONION,1CHOPPEDPOTATO
  2. 1 TBSP ROASTED PEANUT POWDER RED CHILLI POWDER TURMERIC POWDER CORIANDE POWDER GARAM MASALA AND SALT
  3. MIX WELL DRY SPICES AND PREPARE STUFFING
  4. STUFF THE READY MASALA INTO CUT BRINJALS PROPERLY
  5. HEAT 1TABLESPOON OF OIL AND SPLUTTER RAI JEERA AND ADD CHOPPED ONION AND POTATO
  6. SAUTE' FOR SOMETIME AND ADD STUFFED BRINJAL AND COOK COVERED
  7. CHECK AND TURN IN BETWEEN, IT WILL START LEAVING OIL FROM SIDES
  8. SPRINKLE SOME AMCHOOR POWDER AND STUFFED BRINJAL POTATO IS READY
  9. DELICIOUS BHARWA BAINGAN DRY IS READY TO SERVE
