ABOUT ARBI BENGAN RECIPE

Arbi bengan is very easy to make . Lemon increases the taste of this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg arbi cut in Julian
  2. 1/2 kg chopped long bengan
  3. 1 tsp ajwain
  4. salt as pr taste
  5. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp haldi
  8. 2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat 2tbsp oil in kadai add ajwain saute it
  2. Add arbi and saute till lightly brown
  3. Add bengan, salt, red chilli powder, haldi and mix well.
  4. Cover the sabji with lid and cook till soft
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
  6. When to serve squeeze half lemon
  7. Enjoy hot with any type of pranatha
