Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton / Goat meat 500 gm
  2. Potato - 4 no cut into pieces
  3. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  4. Tomato chopped - 2 no
  5. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  8. Whole garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  9. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. Onion - 2 no chopped
  12. Oil - 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OIL IN A PAN ADD POTATO
  2. FRY IT GOLDEN BROWN IN BOTH SIDES
  3. HEAT 2 TABLESPOONS OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER ADD 1 TEASPOON WHOLE GARAM MASALA
  4. ADD 2 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
  5. FRY IT WHEN THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN IN COLORS
  6. ADD MUTTON PIECES
  7. FRY IT 10 MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME
  8. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATO
  9. IN A BOWL ADD 1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER , 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER
  10. ADD 1 TEASPOON SUGAR , SALT TO TASTE AND 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER MIX WELL
  11. ADD 1 TEASPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND MIX WELL
  12. ADD FRIED POTATO AND MIX WELL
  13. NOW ADD 4 CUPS OF WARM WATER AND MIX WELL AND COOK ATLEAST 3 WHISTLES
