Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2-3 cups
  2. Chopped spinach 2 cups
  3. Garlic cloves 4-5
  4. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  5. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  6. Sallt to taste
  7. Oil for shallow frying as per need

Instructions

  1. 2CUPS CHOPPED SPINACH, 1 TEASPOON EACH AJWAIN, JEERA, SALT AND 4-5 GARLIC CLOVES AND 2-3 CUPS FLOUR
  2. MIX AJWAIN JEERA AND PREPARE PUREE OF SPINACH AND GARLIC, ADD IT TO FLOUR
  3. MIX WELL AND PREPARE A SOFT DOUGH AND KEEP IT COVERED FOR SOME TIME
  4. DOUGH IS READY AFTER SOME TIME
  5. PREPARE MEDIUM SIZED BALLS FROM DOUGH
  6. DUSH THE BALL WITH DRY FLOUR AND ROLL OUT CHAPATI AND APPLY SOME OIL ON IT
  7. APPLY OIL EVENLY ALL OVER
  8. CUT THE CHAPATI FROM CENTRE TO CORNER AND SPRINKLE SOME DRY FLOUR ALL OVER AND ROLL IT AS SHOWN
  9. PREPARE A BUNDLE OF IT AND PRESS IT TO FORM BALL
  10. DUST IT WITH DRY FLOUR AND ROLL OUT A PARATHA
  11. HEAT TAWA AND COOK PARATHA FROM BOTH SIDES
  12. APPLY SOME OIL ON IT AND COOK ON LOW HEAT BY PRESSING GENTLY
  13. COOK TILL CRISP AND DONE
  14. HEALTHY YUMMY FIBRE RICH PALAK LACCHHA PARATHAS ARE READY TO SERVE WITH PICKLE AND CURD
