Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ingredients : 1) 3 cup wheat flour
  2. 2)1 bowl chopped palak (spinach)
  3. 3) 1tbs sesame seeds
  4. 4)1teaspoon turmuric powder
  5. 5)1 tbs garam masala
  6. 6) 1/2tbs red chilly powder
  7. 7) 1tbs ginger garlic paste
  8. 8) 1 cup oil
  9. 9) salt as per taste
  10. 10)Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour
  2. Put chopped palak (spinach)
  3. Add turmeric powder and sesame seeds.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder followed by garam masala powder.
  5. Add required amount of water and knead a tight dough.
  6. Now divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  7. Make roti by rolling Small ball
  8. Apply some oil on it, spread dry wheat flour on it
  9. Take knife and make stripes on roti
  10. Now roll this into a roundel.
  11. Sprinkle some flour on rolling pad & roll lachha in small size ,bake on pan with oil
  12. Garnish with coriander on top or butter. Now palak lachha paratha is ready Serve it hot with curd.
