  1. Big brinjal cut in roundels
  2. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 1-2 tablespoon
  7. Amchur powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BIG WASHED BRINJAL CUT IT IN ROUNDELS SPRINKLE 1/4 TEASPOON EACH REGULAR SPICES AND SALT
  2. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL ON NON STICK PAN
  3. PLACE ALL MERINATED BRINJAL ROUNDELS
  4. LET THEM COOK ON LOW HEAT
  5. TURN WHEN DONE FROM ONE SIDE
  6. KEEP TURNING AND CHECKING IN BETWEEN AND IT'S READY TO SERVE
