Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Strawberries 6 to 7
  2. Sugar 1 and half cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Whipped cream 1/2 cup
  5. Almonds and cadhew choppes 2 teaspoons
  6. Vennila essence 4 drops
  7. Gelatin five teaspoons

Instructions

  1. TAKE STRAWBERRY IN A PAN FOR BOILING
  2. ADD SUGAR AS REQ TO UR SWEET LEVEL I USED ONE AND HALF SPOON
  3. ADD LITTLE WATER FOR BOILING
  4. LET THE STRAWBERRIES BOIL FOR THREE MINUTES
  5. ONCE DONE COOL IT AND GRIND IT
  6. NOW TAKE TWO TEASPOONS GELATIN
  7. ADD SOME HOT WATER AND MIX UNTIL IT DISSOLVES
  8. MIX THE GELATIN ONCE IT IS COOLED IN STRAWBERRIES PUREE AND REFRIGERATE IT FOR MINIMUM TWO HOURS
  9. MEAN WHILE TAKE ONE CUP OF MILKAND ADD IT IN A PAN AND ADD 1 CUP OF SUGAR
  10. ADD CUP OF WHIPPED CREAM IN IT
  11. ADD 4 TO 5 DROPS OF VENNILA ESSENCE AND JUST GIVE IT A STIR U TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES
  12. AND AGAIN TAKE 2 TEASPOONS OF GELATIN
  13. MIX IT WITH A HOT WATER
  14. AND ADD IT TO STRAWBERRY PUREE AND REFRIGERATE IT FOR MINUMUM TWO HOURS TO THREE HOURS
  15. ONCE ITS IS DONE ADD SOME CHOPPED NUTS AND SERVE WHEN ITS CHILL
