  1. Whole black urad dal 1.25 cup
  2. Raw rice flour 3 cups
  3. Pepper powder 2 tbsp
  4. Coarsely ground pepper 1 tbsp
  5. Jeera 2 tbsp
  6. Hing 1 tsp
  7. Salt required
  8. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1.25 CUP WHOLE BLACK URAD DAL OVERNIGHT
  2. ADD TO BLENDER
  3. GRIND TO SMOOTH PASTE
  4. ADD 3 CUPS OF RAW RICE FLOUR
  5. ADD 2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  6. ADD 2 TBSP JEERA
  7. ADD 1 TSP HING
  8. ADD 1 TBSP COARSELY GRINDED PEPPER
  9. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND MIX
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD URAD DAL BATTER TO RICE FLOUR
  12. ADD WATER. MIX WELL
  13. REST FOR 30 MINS
  14. TAKE REQUIRED BATTER. ADD CURRY LEAVES. MIX
  15. ADD WATER FOR DOSA BATTER CONSISTENCY
  16. MAKE DOSAS
  17. ADD GHEE OR OIL
  18. FLIP ON BOTH SIDES AND COOK
