  1. Moringa 1/2 cup
  2. Curry leaves
  3. Coriander leaves
  4. Onion sliced 1
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Ginger 1 inch chopped
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Peanuts 2 tbsp
  10. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  11. Wheat flour 1 cup
  12. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, 1/2 CUP MORINGA LEAVES, CHOPPED GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI
  2. FINELY CHOP CORIANDER LEAVES, CURRY LEAVES AND SLICE ONION
  3. ADD 1 SLICED ONION
  4. ADD CHOPPED GINGER AND GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP MORINGA LEAVES
  8. ADD SALT AND MIX
  9. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD ROASTED PEANUTS
  11. ADD 1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS
  12. MIX
  13. ADD 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
  14. MIX WELL
  15. ADD WATER IF REQUIRED
  16. REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  17. DEEP FRY PAKORAS
  18. HOT HOT PAKORAS READY TO SERVE WITH TEA!!
  19. HAPPY MUNCHING!!
