Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread 4 pieces
  2. Egg 1
  3. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Chicken masala powder 2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Rice flour 4 tsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Oil as required
  10. Onion 1
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  13. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. Cut bread into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In bowl add beaten egg,rice flour,chicken masala powder,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now In pan heat oil.
  4. Take bread piece one by one and dip into paste and put.Fry the pieces till golden brown.
  5. Fry it and keep it aside.now In another pan heat oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves,onion.saute till well.
  6. Switch off and add the bread pieces.mix well and serve it hot.
