Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sooji 1 cup
  2. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  3. Onion 1 finely chopped
  4. Eno 1 pouch
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Rai/Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil
  10. Coriander finely chopped
  11. Bhujia

Instructions

  1. Mix the sooji, onion, tomato, salt, red chilli, green chillies, then add water so all the ingredients mix well together. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Next, take an uppam and place it on the gas stove. Turn on the heat.
  3. Add drops of oil into each block of the uppam stand, then add the rai in it. Next, add eno into it.
  4. Take a spoon and fill each block of the uppam stand with the ingredients mixture. Then cover it with the lid.
  5. After 5 minutes change the sides of the uppam pan and wait for another five minutes.
  6. Serve them on a plate with a garnish of tomato ketchup, onion and bhujia.
