Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 500gm
  2. Boiler Eggs - 2nos
  3. Half boiled Potatoes- 2nos
  4. Chopped onion - 1& 1/2 cups
  5. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tbsp
  6. Turmeric Powder- 1tbsp
  7. Red chili powder - 1tbsp
  8. Cumin Powder -1tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder -1tbsp
  10. Black Pepper Powder - 1tbsp
  11. Garam masala powder - 1tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Mustard Oil - 3/4 tbsp
  14. Whisked Curd - 2tbsp
  15. Green Chili - 2nos
  16. Dry Red Chili - 1no
  17. Bay leaves - 1no
  18. Green Cardamom - 2/3 nos
  19. Cloves -3/4 nos
  20. Cinnamon - 1no

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken with ginger, garlic Paste, turmeric , salt, curd, red chili powder & black pepper powder for 1hour.
  2. In a pan heat mustard oil , shallow fry the boiled eggs & half boiled Potatoes with little salt & turmeric powder until it turns lights brown.
  3. Take out the fried potatoes & eggs keep it aside.
  4. On the same pan add some more oil add dry red chili, bay leaves, green cardamom, cloves & cinnamon.
  5. Then add onion stir it well.
  6. Take out some fried onion & keep it aside.
  7. Add marinated chicken & stir it well.
  8. Stir it for 5mins, add hot water cover the pan.
  9. After 15mins add fried potatoes & eggs & cook for another 5mins.
  10. After 5mins when the oil separates from gravy add fried onion & mix it well.
  11. Cover the pan cook another 7/8 mins.
  12. Add garam masala powder cover the pan & simmer the curry for 5mins.
  13. Turn off the heat & serve with plain rice, roti & paratha.
