ABOUT Paneer Korma RECIPE

Paneer korma is a recipe which can be served as main course in both lunnch and dinner, this is a flavourful preparation which is not so spicy, go well with almost all indian breads like butter naan and lachha parantha .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onions quartered4 large
  2. Cashewnuts 8-10 Pieces
  3. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  4. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Mawa (khoya) grated1/4 cup
  6. Malai or fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  7. White pepper (or black pepper) powder 1/2 teaspn
  8. Salt to taste (1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Heat some ghee in a pan and add onions ginger and garlic in the pan. Saute till it get transparent Grind into a smooth paste.
  2. Grind the Soaked cashews in a smooth paste.
  3. Heat 1tb spoon ghee /oil add that grinded onion ginger garlic paste
  4. add malai( fresh cream ) and grated mawa and cashewnut paste. Stir. Add half cup of water and mix. Cook on low heat for five minutes. Stir.
  5. Add pepper and salt. Stir.
  6. Add paneer cubes Stir and cook for two minutes. Garnish with fried cashews . Serve with garlic or stuffed naan.
